• Very Good
• Good

The grading reflects the overall cosmetic condition of the shoes and is intended to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

We strive to sell only genuine, original branded shoes.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

6. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

• Limit product quantities.
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Pakistan.

Shipping policy:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 200 nationwide
• Advance Payment: FREE Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service or location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Customers may receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
• Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
• Repeated fake or refused orders may result in future COD restrictions.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

As we sell pre-loved footwear, customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order.

Returns will not be accepted simply because the customer changes their mind or fails to review the product description.
